Estimated hours are when we calculated the time and distance the driver will be providing service to customers. It happens when the duration of hours is not provided by customers and/or job is expected to take longer than anticipated.
If a job is completed in less hours than expected than the customer may be eligible for a refund for the remaining hours. Refunds are issued if the remaining hours more than hour. Remaining time is rounded to nearest hour.
If job exceeds the estimated hours then extra charges will be calculated per half an hour.
