NZTA requires us to get the personal information, including the name, address and contact details of the person registering a complaint.

Depending on the incident, your information maybe shared with law enforcing agencies like New Zealand Police and New Zealand Transport Agency.

NZTA requires us to keep the details at least for two years.

All the data is stored digitally on secure servers. Only accessible to few authorised staff of Sober Cabs.

Please send us an email requesting to erase all your information. We will remove the information and notify you.

Our team will investigate and make a fair decision. You and any other party will be notified of outcome

If you are not happy with the decision, you can raise the matter with New Zealand Transport Agency.
