What is our refund and cancellation policy?

We understand that the customer’s plan change and we understand if they would like to cancel the booking. We can cancel the booking at anytime however cancellation fees may apply. All refunds are applied to the source of the payment and refunds can take up to 5 days to show up on your account.

We charge wrong bookings and minimum cancellation fees to cover costs associated with processing payments.
