We are very generous when it comes to waiting for customers to get ready. We give up to 10 minutes after our arrival. Therefore there is no charge for waiting.
However, if you are not ready in 10 minutes and drivers have a next job to attend they will leave. We value time, both ours and customers. We don’t like to keep our customers waiting.
If you are not ready after 10 minutes you will still be charged the full amount.
