We only authorise payments when a booking is made. Meaning, we don’t actually charge the card just hold the payment. The card is charged when we confirm the booking. If your booking was cancelled before confirming it then payment is released right away (In some cases the authorisation may appear as charged for up to 5 business days).
Please note, payment authorisations when released will disappear from your account as if you never made a payment to Sober Cabs.
If you have been issued a refund after confirmation then it can take up to 5 business days to show up in your account.
