This article is for booking dial a driver online.
Entering details #
- Go to our website www.sobercabs.co.nz
- Click on the red ‘Book Now’ button on top right corner if you are on desktop or laptop. Mobile users can tap on hamburger menu to reveal the menu options.
- Enter the pick up address. Start typing and it will list addresses then choose the correct address. Please note, it is crucial you enter the full street address. If you are at restaurant enter restaurant name.
- Then enter the drop off address.
- Choose pick up date and time. All date and time must be in future.
- Click ‘Get Price’
- The booking system will you show the total cost, duration and distance of the trip.
- Then you can click on Book Now button underneath it.
Contact Details #
When you click on the Book Now button it will take to contact and payment page to complete the booking.
- It is required to enter your first name, last name, contact number and email address to complete the booking.
- Notes to your driver, if any. Such as vehicle info and location details
- Desktop users will see their trip details. For sake of user experience this option is not available for mobile users. However, you can view all the details on My Account page.
- All users will see Booking details and pricing.
- Next, enter your payment information.
- Read and agree to terms and conditions.
- Click ‘Complete Booking’.
