If your pick up OR drop off location is within a town/area where our drivers as based then no. We don’t charge a call out fee for those jobs.
However, if pick up AND drop off addresses are outside our base area then yes. A call out fee applies.
The call out fee is $1.50 per KM from drivers’ base to pick up OR drop off address (whichever is closer).
